Effluent to affluent
Effluent To Affluent is an ambitious 18 month programme of creative delivery that aims to document the transformation of the Yorkshire Water site “Esholt” through a phased delivery of focused engagement projects.
The core of the programme is devised around an intricate relationship between photographic documentation, creativity and skills development, all of which will be prominent in each phase of the programme.
